India: Madhya Pradesh govt invites tenders for granting manganese ore blocks

The Mineral Resources Department of the Madhya Pradesh (MP) government has announced the availability of 51 mineral blocks for mining leases and composite licences through a bidding process.

• Among the identified mineral blocks, out of a total of 13, one block of manganese ore has been designated for granting a mining lease.
  
  
• For composite licences, tenders have been invited for one block of iron ore and manganese ore and 10 blocks of manganese ore, out of a total of 38.
  
  
• Interested parties can purchase the block-specific tender documents from the e-auction portal of MSTC Limited (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/auctionhome/mlcl/index.jsp). The last date for purchasing the tender document is Wednesday, 9 August, 2023, and the payment must be completed before 17:00 hours (IST) on the last date of sale.
