Sponge iron prices in all key domestic markets dropped in the range of INR 50-550/t on 10 April, 2024. PDRI market prices closed at a range of INR 26,750-28,700/t and CDRI prices, at INR 27,750-33,000/t. About 11,100 t of sponge iron transactions were recorded in the country on 10 April compared to 5,400 t on 9 April.

Indian ferro molybdenum prices were at INR 2,337,000/t ($28,099/t) exw-Nagpur on a 60% pro rata basis, according to BigMint's assessment on 10 April. In the price range of INR 2,275,000-2,360,000/t ($27,353-28,375/t), fewer deals were reported previous week.

Indian CRC export offers to Europe (EU) remained stable w-o-w at $740-745/t CFR Antwerp ($690-700/t FOB east coast India).
