Imported HRC Offers to Vietnam Decline

In the beginning of the week imported HRC offers to Vietnam reported decline by USD 10/MT owing to decline in China's HRC export offers amid volatile futures. Chinese HRC export offer stood at USD 508-510/MT FoB which was USD 515-520/Mt FoB last week.

Thus currently imported HRC offers from China moved down by USD 5-10/MT to USD 515-520/MT CFR basis which was USD 525-530/MT CFR towards the end of last week.

Also SteelMint reported prior that Indian steelmakers have collectively booked around 150,000 MT of HRC in last 10-15 days majorly to Vietnam for July-Aug shipments.

1.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Chinese offer- Benxi Steel is at USD 520/MT CFR Vietnam.Towards the end of last week offers stood at USD 530/MT CFR basis.

2.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Chinese offer- Baosteel is at USD 520/MT CFR Vietnam.Towards the end of last week offers stood at 530/MT CFR basis.

3.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Chinese offer- Laiwu is at USD 510/MT CFR Vietnam.By the end of last week offers stood at 525/MT CFR basis.

4.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Chinese offer- Shagang Steel is at USD 515/MT CFR Vietnam.

5.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Taiwan offer- Chunghung Steel is at USD 520/MT CFR Vietnam for Aug shipment.

6.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Indian offer at USD 515/MT CFR basis.

7.HRC (SAE 1006) 2-3mm/Arcelor Mittal- Brazil Steel stood at USD 515/MT CFR basis.
