Billet: Miill direct sales was weak, and warehoused spot is reported at RMB 3,520/MT with the transaction struggling; billet warehouses Xiangyu Zhengfeng and Haiyi Hongrun totaled inventory 687,700 tons, an increase of 3,200 tons.
