BigMint's weekly assessed Odisha iron ore fines (Fe 62%) index stood unchanged at INR 5,250/t ($62/t) ex-mines on 7 December 2024.

The daily assessed BigMint's billet index inched down by INR 200/tonne (t) d-o-d to INR 38,900/t exw-Raipur on 6 December 2024.

India's daily assessed sponge iron prices increased by INR 50-600/tonne (t) across key locations on 6 December. PDRI prices were assessed at INR 23,500-26,400/t at close of trading, while CDRI prices stood at INR 26,350-30,600/t.
