BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe63%) index remained stable at INR 8,950/t ($107/t) DAP Raipur as of 23 August, 2024, compared to 20 August. Around 30,000 t of pellets (Fe63%) were sold by Raipur pellet producers at INR 9,250/t DAP Raipur.

BigMint's domestic end-cutting scrap index tracking the Mandi Gobindgarh market continued to drop for the second consecutive day by INR 100/tonne (t) to INR 37,200/t DAP on 23 August, 2024.

BigMint's billet index has declined further by INR 200/tonne (t) to INR 38,450/t exw Raipur on 23 August, 2024.About 1,000 t of transactions were recorded on 23 August as compared to 800 t on 22 August.
