BigMint's weekly iron ore concentrate index was assessed at around INR 4,950/t ($58/t) exw-Jabalpur, unchanged from the previous assessment on 14 December, 2024.

BigMint's daily assessed billet index increased by INR 500/tonne (t) d-o-d to INR 39,500/t exw-Raipur on 18 December.

The daily assessed sponge iron prices in India increased by INR 100-300/tonne (t) d-o-d across markets on 18 December. PDRI prices closed within the range of INR 25,000-26,600/t, while CDRI tags were assessed at INR 27,300-31,600/t.
