BigMint's Daily Trade Sheet - 12 Mar'24

BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index remained stable at INR 9,150/t DAP ($109/t) Raipur on 12 March 2024 compared to the last assessment on 8 March.

BigMint's India HRC (SAE 1006) export index (for the Middle East and Vietnam) inched down to $590/t FOB east coast India against $593/t FOB last week.

Sponge iron prices in India fell by INR 100-700/t on 12 March, 2024. PDRI market prices closed at a range of INR 25,150-27,300/t and CDRI prices, at INR 26,500-30,900/t. About 17,200 t of sponge iron transactions were recorded in the country on 12 March compared to 13,780 t on 11 March.
