BigMint's daily trade sheet - 05 Feb'25

BigMint's bi-weekly iron ore concentrate index stood at INR 4,650/tonne (t) ($53/t) exw-Jabalpur, up by INR 50t ($1/t) from the previous assessment on 1 February 2025.

BigMint's domestic end-cutting scrap index, tracking the Mandi Gobindgarh market, dipped INR 100/t d-o-d to INR 36,800/t DAP on 5 February 2025.

Domestic sponge iron prices fell by INR 50-400/tonne (t) d-o-d today in major locations.PDRI prices were assessed at INR 23,300-25,900/t, while CDRI prices were heard at INR 25,650-30,200/t.Transactions of 12,000 t of sponge iron were recorded in the country on 5 February, up from 3,400 t on 4 February.
