BigMint's daily assessed billet index increased further by INR 300/tonne (t) d-o-d, reaching INR 39,500/t exw-Raipur on 30 December 2024.

The daily assessed sponge iron prices in India rose INR 100-400/t across markets on 30 December. PDRI prices closed at INR 23,600-26,300/t, while CDRI was at INR 26,300-31,000/t.
