BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe63%) index increased by INR 300/t ($4/t) to INR 9,350/t ($110/t) DAP Raipur on 20 December 2024 compared to the previous assessment on 17 December.

BigMint's daily assessed billet index dropped by INR 250/tonne (t) d-o-d to INR 39,350/t exw-Raipur on 20 December.

Daily assessed India sponge iron prices witnessed a steady decline on 20 December, dropping by INR 100-300/t across locations amid selling pressure and weakening market sentiments. PDRI prices were assessed at around INR 23,600-27,500/t at close of trading today, while CDRI prices were at INR 26,550-30,800/t.
