BigMint's daily assessed sponge iron prices in India rose by INR 50-150/tonne (t) d-o-d across markets on 2 January 2025. PDRI prices closed at INR 23,600-26,400/t, while CDRI stood at INR 26,300-31,000/t.

BigMint's daily assessed billet index rose by INR 100/tonne (t) d-o-d to INR 39,750/t exw Raipur on 2 January.
