BigMint's weekly assessed Odisha iron ore fines (Fe 62%) index dropped by INR 150/t ($2/t) w-o-w to INR 5,450/t ($64-65/t) ex-mines on 9 November 2024. Overall, deals of approximately 500,000 t iron ore (fines and lumps) were reported in the Odisha region during the week (4 - 9 November).

BigMint's daily assessed sponge prices were mostly stable to slightly lower by about INR 100/t, while other regions saw a marginal increase ranging from INR 50 to INR 400/t d-o-d on 7 November 2024. PDRI prices closed at INR 25,000-27,100/t, while CDRI was at INR 27,500-32,000/t in various regions.

BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index, PELLEX, remained largely stable w-o-w at INR 9,950/tonne (t) DAP Raipur on 8 November.
