Australian Coking Coal Market Moving Slowly Amid Little Trade Activity
...
Australian coking coal spot prices were mostly unchanged amid an inactive market due to the lack of international demand.
In China, market activity slowed for concerns over weakening steel prices and strong seaborne metallurgical coal prices.
However, port stock trade activities remained robust for premium coking coal which is cheaper than seaborne coking coal.
In India, the upcoming Diwali celebrations could result in an even quieter market.
