Will there be any charges for the services being provided under the Content Partnership Program?

Currently no commercials are involved and we would like to offer these services free of cost for the basic information page / pages required by our clients / potential clients. However in case of any customised requirements the same could be mutually discussed and concluded.

How often would the content get updated?

BigMint prides itself in being the first at breaking relevant industry news and assures of optimum updating of the concerned clients page in sync with its own website and app, which would be real time.

Do you have a dedicated team for Content Partnership Program if I need help?

Since the pages are seamlessly synced with our website information no separate staff would be required for the same. However, in case of any query / problems BigMint customer care feedback would get involved as with any other query.

I don’t have any IT team, how can I get it implemented on my website?

One-time initial effort to prepare the widget etc. would be done by BigMint team after which there would be no need for an IT team. Issues if any could be handled by administration team.

What if I receive any query on my website based on the content?

If it is outside the purview of your marketing team, the same would be routed to BigMint customer query and reply of which would be provided to your portal to be further disseminated to the customer.

What if I need some other data to be included in this?

As outlined above all the information and analysis pertaining to your interest areas as per our initial discussion would be made available. Any additional data / information could also be provided on a case to case basis after mutual discussion.

Do I need to sign an agreement for this? If yes what will be the duration?

There would be a standard Work Order format with clauses regarding disclaimer and confidentiality clauses and the duration would be annual to be renewed subsequently.

What if I want the content under different tabs on my website?

This could be arranged and be as per your requirement.

Is it possible to get the news/insights only instead of all the content?

Yes, it is possible. You would be able to choose what exactly it is that you want to display under that page on your website / app.
